The Evolution rod with Lowered Pins is made by Sigal Sub using the best quality Swedish Sandvik steel, heat-treated to increase its mechanical characteristics. It is a very strong, rigid and precise rod, perfect for closed- and open-headed arbalete rifles. The lowered pins are the winning feature of this rod. Highly hydrodynamic, these lowered pins protrude just over 1 millimeter from the profile of the rod, but because of the special machining in front of the pin they allow the secure attachment of both metal and dyneema spinners. The tang is hand-finished to prevent sharp points or edges. The fins, made of raw AISI 316L steel, provide great strength, and are of the "recessed" type. That is, they partially disappear in the profile of the rod.The single flap is modified by hand to prevent it from closing after passing the fish and is positioned as standard in the lower position, but can also be requested in the upper position.
