They are designed specifically for those who dive in shallow and medium depths but want a fin that does not compromise on materials and construction techniques.The blades are made for the 75% from carbon and 25% S-Glass (high-strength glass of aeronautical origin), obtained with hot melt impregnation systems with tetra-functional resin. This exclusive technology of Cetma Composite at high pressure, high temperature and vacuum implies a component free from defects. In fact, they are characterized by a constant fiber/resin ratio on the entire blade.Through engineering design, it was possible to distribute the stiffness and mass of the blade in such a way as to “tune” the blade in a certain range of natural frequencies close to those of the finning frequency, thus allowing the phenomenon of resonance.The PRANA Carbon fins by Cetma Composites are assembled with S-Wing foot pockets, without stringers.
