The study of the shapes has allowed minimum thicknesses, allowing the weight of the 250 shoe in size 41/42 to be reduced to just 250g.PerformanceThe reduced mass (weight) of the 250 footpocket minimizes the energy required for movement, thus allowing the user to significantly save energy and consequently reduce muscle fatigue. The connection between the foot pocket and the blade, thanks to the internal sole, is rigid and solid, and transmits the force to the blades with a high efficiency. The hooking of the blades on shoes without spars, already created by C4 in 2006, allows an elastic bending of the blade along its entire length.AnatomyThe 3° pre-shaped anatomy of the 250 liner makes it particularly comfortable to fit. The thin thicknesses adapt the shape of the upper to that of the foot, without painful constraints.MaterialThe polymer used for the 250 foot pocket is particularly elastic and allows for an easy and simple fit, improving comfort. The insole allows you to have a stiff shoe in the sole but comfortable in the upper.TransportThe footpocket 250 has a simple attachment of the blades via a single sturdy M6 screw. The assembly and disassembly of the shovel is quick and simple and the overall dimensions are optimal in case of air travel.CompatibilityThe 250 foot pocket has a specific connection for the carbon blades of the MB series and the UP technopolymer blades (Umberto Pelizzari).AdaptabilityWith a dedicated modification, the blades produced for the 300 and 400 shoes can be adapted to the 250 shoes. The modification consists in eliminating the rails for the spars from the 300 and 400 series blades and replacing the water rails with longer ones. We recommend carrying out this operation through an authorized C4 dealer. However, the modification does not allow for the same performance as the MB fins which are based on the advanced "reverse parabolic" flexion curves.The 250 liners are a 100% production MADE IN ITALY by C4The molding of all the C4 carbon blades has always been carried out in our production department in Italy.
