Hurricane 115 by Cetma Composites It comes ready to fish with all the standard accessories: – 8.0mm or 8.5mm single-fin Tahitian shaft by CETMA COMPOSITES in rectified PH steel, which is tempered until it reaches a hardness of 49 HRC; – Double roll trigger mechanism made for high-performance ERMES solid EDM; – Reel support and Real Carbon Reel V50 with 50m or V 90 with 100 meters of dyneema; – Magnum Plus rubber band kits pre-assembled with the VELA system with elongation factors selected by the customer based on hunting needs; – Derlin pulleys; – All accessories are made of 316L stainless steel.Uragano 115 by Cetma Composites is a full CARBON VELA SYSTEM speargun with a simple and elegant shape, entirely cuttlebone-shaped, for optimal lateral swing. The study of geometries and volumes, in addition to being aesthetic, is aimed at balancing loads, maximizing flexural rigidity and minimizing recoil. It uses a proven VELA system, developed for CETMA COMPOSITES rifles, which, thanks to an innovative stopper, which is placed after the pulleys, allows a free and clean shooting line. In particular, this guarantees the ability to make precise shots, well beyond all expectations.High modulus carbon monocoque with closed structure. The internal structure is made of a very low density multifunctional polymer material with structural properties used for Aerospace applications. It is a closed cell polymer core with vibration damping capabilities;Form URAGANO has an extremely thin cuttlefish-bone geometry, tapered towards the tip. On the entire lower part, the motor group, made up of the rubber bands, is appropriately spaced from the barrel to facilitate loading, eliminate any form of friction or vibration on the barrel, during shooting.Dimensions Extremely thin: an average thickness of just 2.5 cm, width at the head 5.5 cm, maximum width 10 cm.Finish (unpainted) Anti-reflection matte finish. CETMA COMPOSITES products are not painted and this is synonymous with quality. In fact, very often low-quality carbon products are painted to hide defects related to the production process.Production process The completely innovative production process, developed by CETMA COMPOSITES is called “Zero-Defects Technology”, it allows to create a totally monolithic piece in carbon fiber with zero voids. This process therefore maximizes the performance of the structure making it of the maximum possible rigidity and unalterable over time.VELA setups available The VELA System maximizes the performance of the URAGANO rifle, in fact it allows a shot well beyond 7 meters with zero recoil and precision to the centimeter.POWER and PENETRATION Depending on the type of shaft and the diameter of the rubber band chosen, the shaft's piercing capacity can be modified.
