This is a lovely 1950’s or 1960’s Rolled Gold locket by the German jewellers Kordes & Lichtenfels (K&L). The locket features a black celluloid cabochon to the front with a gold cross mounted in the centre (that spins…), with a distinctive checker pattern to the rear. It is marked ‘K&L’ and ‘Amerik’ on the bail. The locket measures 1.6cm wide by 1.5cm tall This locket comes supplied on a brand new 16″ gold plated sterling silver chain.
