With each wave that rushes up the sandy beach and withdraws, a soft impression is left on the earth. The sand is at the will of mother nature’s tides. This soft sweeping pattern has long been an inspiration, its texture asking to be wrapped around the finger. Hand carved in wax, each line was carefully sculpted to emulate this natural pattern, evoking an afternoon spent sauntering down the shoreline. Cast using the lost wax process, the texture is cleaned up and finished with a stipple wheel, then polished lightly across the high points. Featured in this one of a kind ring is a gorgeous oval tanzanite weighing in at 3.28 carats, surrounded by a half carat halo of diamonds. Tanzanites are known as transformational gemstones, aiding us in ending old habits and manifesting our highest energy and strength. They are said to boost our immune system, and are known to be the rarest gemstone in the world, as tanzanite is only found in a three square mile section at the base of Mount Kilimanjaro. The wave band measures 3/16” wide.
