BlueWater Floatline Bungee made by Rob Allen in plastic material, available in various lengths from 15 to 30 meters. The elongation of the tube under tension is limited to 1.5 times its resting length by an internal dyneema safety line with a 270-pound breaking strength. The BlueWater Floatline Bungee features a small elongation. The elongation, while small, is an important feature in hunts for large pelagics or big game prey. As much as 31 pounds of tensile force is required to extend this floatline by one and a half times its length and rest. It's a very versatile floating line that can be used either along drop-offs, in coral environments, where you don't want the fish to come into contact with the bottom, or in the blue. Depending on the situation it can be coupled or not with a classic bungee. The tube's plastic compound was manufactured behind Rob Allen specifications and provides excellent resistance to UV rays and the saline environment.
